Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us at

For a return authorization number. Please provide your order number, product number, quantity to be returned, and the reason for the return/exchange.

• To exchange an item from our In Stock catalogue, please send it back to us via prepaid freight within 15 days of our ship date. Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation, along with a note to let us know which item/size you would like us to send back to you.

• Items for return/exchange must be clean, not worn and be in good, saleable condition.


• Returns for current stock items are accepted within 15 days of our ship date.


• Discontinued and discounted products may not be returned or exchanged.


• Shipping charges will be refunded only if we made an error in order processing.


• We cannot accept exchanges/returns on custom or special order items unless an error has been made in manufacturing.


• If the goods were damaged during manufacturing, BAMKO will replace the product free of charge. If goods were damaged during shipment, the customer must report this directly to the courier company, upon receipt, to process a claim. Please contact us for more information.
